SECURITY POLICY:  Your payment and personal information is always safe.  our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY:  League and Tournament registration fees are non-refundable unless the specific division you registered for is cancelled by Hudson Valley Sportsdome.  Field Rentals are non-refundable.  Full-Facility Rentals incur a 20% cancellation fee.  Retail merchandise (except custom orders) is returnable and refundable within 30 days of purchase.

WINTER WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS: The Hudson Valley Sportsdome will remain open unless the NYS Police advise no unnecessary travel.
