Pay fee and sign waiver at the front desk before entering Dome.

Must be age 16 or older to play. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian must sign a Minor waiver: if your parent is not attending the session,
the waiver may be printed from our website, completed & brought with you.
Bring your own equipment. Must wear shin guards
Informal Friendlies: No referees.
